ENERGY LEADERSHIP INDEX Online Assessment & Debrief
The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELi) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables you to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and leadership capabilities. The online assessment includes a 20-minute questionnaire and a 90 minute debrief. We will identify your current leadership energy – catabolic or anabolic.
